The PF is a non-profit organization and its primal purpose is to rescue the lost speech of the ancient poets. Most of the time, we use too many complex words to express a very simple world. And as a result of that operation we lack the focus; simplicity is the better approach to understand difficult matters.

It was founded in April 1992 by a few poets who believed in the poetic side of the human being, at the city of Mar del Plata, Argentina.
